Email Not Formatted Correctly

I saw a post back in February that somebody had the same problem and the answer was you're not formatting the email correctly. I am guessing that, not formatted correctly means forgetting the @ symbol or forgetting the period or misspelling .com. I have tried seven different emails all with the same result. Could you please go to this website and fill out the form it's a simple form using a correctly formatted email address so I could see if it is me for another problem.
Also the text on the left is there any way to move that up, Down, left or right

In the element you added the form in the page designer the text is going to only center vertically. You may want to add the form so it is not split in the column.
