Hi, we noticed one client purchased photos from our site, then she try to download them on her iphone and she couldn't do it (it's only with iOs devices).

We tested from our end and this is what we did.
1. On our order, we tapped the download option
2. it showed two options View & Download
3. If we choose View, it open a white page. If we choose download it shows like it was "downloading" but it didn't happen anything. We selected download and after nothing happen we went to check the download folder and a downloader file appears with 0% of download and never finish the process....
4. Then we tried with the View button, when it opened the white page, there was an option to save the files and to download in the browser options but they didn't save or download anything.

How can we download our images on iOs devices?

The problem is a bug between iphones and some hosting environments which I don't know what exactly.

Download this zip file:
https://www.picturespro.com/sy-misc/download/Downloads-Iphone-No-Content-Length.zip

Unzip it and Upload the 2 included files info your sy-inc -> store folder on your website overwriting the existing one either with your FTP program or the file manager in your hosting control panel. This should fix it.

I have tried to somewhat follow your instructions on how to fix this, but I cant seem to find the area I need to upload the 2 files. I have a client with an Iphone and it is giving her a white screen every time she tries to download a photo and when she tries to email it to herself

A newer way to do it.

Click settings in the main menu then UNDERNEATH the left menu click edit config file.

On a blank line before the closing PHP tag which is ?>, copy and paste the following line there and save:

$setup['do_not_use_content_length_header_download'] = true;
