Mobile Ordering - View Problem

When parents are on their mobiles and click on a photo and the click buy photo they come to this screen. All of the purchase options as well as all add photo to package/cart option are below the photo if they scroll down but there is nothing on the screen to indicate this. I have many parents get stuck here because they don’t know they need to scroll down the page.
Anything that can be tweaked here to help?

What device are you using because it should look like this and for quite some time now, like over a year.

This is an up to date iPhone 11. The "scroll down" is there - it's just below the view of the screen. So you have to scroll down first to see the scroll down instruction :)
