Hi Tim
When I create a form and put a description in, on the form designer screen it shows for example:
Field Name
Description
Options
but if I then add [Form] to a page it becomes:
Field Name
Options
Description
Is it possible to have it showing the same way as in the form designer page or do I just have to make the field name the description that I want to use?
An example is https://www.kelticrose.co.uk/clients/contactdetails/ for example Newsletter or Photo Usage
Thanks
Allan

Hi there
Has anyone come across a solution to this? or is it just I have to put all the description in the field name.
For example, at the moment I might have a field name Photo Usage, and a description of Do you agree that photos from your session may be used on our social media marketing and website.
It comes out on the form as
* Photo Usage
Yes, I am happy about that
No, I would prefer not
Do you agree that photos from your session may be used on our social media, marketing and website?
To solve it I can make the field name contain the whole of the description, but is this the best way?
