How is the "Other Merchandise" item set up in your presell demo package. Not sure I understand the concept and how it works in price list.

You can sell mugs, mouse pad ,t-shirts or whatever else with the photos that a customer chooses, after an event.
You create them in the product base and them assign them to the price list you wish.

Yes, I understand that part. What I am trying to figure out is the way Tim has it in the Demo?
There is one price $20 (cool with that)
There is an image (I assume, use a product) then more images.
How does the client choose? ( I set up as a product and added four images(different products)
It just shows the different images! Is there some option - check box- drop down??
Sorry the demo is confusing me on how the individual products are selected and ordered.

Let say that the one posted is the pre-order page to sell photos before an event.
I assume you are referring to event shooting, the first option is to pre-sell (and that is the page).
As you said the graphic is for the merchandise graphics, and you should have one for mugs, one for mouse pad etc etc. Of course being pre-sale order, there won't be photos of the event to show So the "other merchandise" means that there has to be as many single "other merchandise" as many gadget you want to sell.
When it comes the after event shooting, you should look for the "client gallery" section. When a customer chooses a photo it will se the price list you've assigned to that event where you can have as many product as you wish, divided in three groups Print,Download and Other, and the customer pressing one of the three tabs will choose the product he wish.
You will see also a Buy all and a Wall designer tab, but read the articles in the the manual otherwise it will become too long to explain.

When creating or editing a new product in Photo Products -> Product Base, you can chose a product type of Print, Download or Other.

Other is a single product whatever you want it to be.

When viewing the list of products in the product base there is a photos icon where you can upload a product sample photo or photos.
