Allocating Default Emails To Pay Offline 2 Option At Checkout

I am using both Pay offline methods in checkout - 1 for paying via bank deposit instead of credit card with square.
The Pay offline 2 - I have now created a pay 50% now pay 50% later option via bank deposit -
HOWEVER - I want a different default email to go to each pay offline method - but there does not seem to be any way to allocate pay offline emails (there is 1 that will go there ) but since I am using the 2nd option - it's going to receive the same default email as goes to the pay the full amount with direct deposit.
How can I ensure the correct default email is allocated ????

There is not a way to send a different order email based on the payment option used.
