Password Reset

Our clients constantly tell us that the password reset does not work and they don't receive an email when they request to reset their password.

Same thing for me. Everyone gets their order confirmation email, but no one gets a password reset email. They are not even showing as being sent in my email log.

No issues here. Password reset works just fine.
You can email me the following for me to look into it:
1) Link to your Sytist admin.
2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).
3) FTP username and password.
