Hi Tim - we are after a report of all shopping carts.
Ideally I would like to email people with current shopping carts before deleting them. Emails that are generated directly via the website often go to spam.
Could you advise if this is possible

If you are looking to export the email addresses of existing shopping carts, there is no option for that.
You can go into individual galleries, click on the People tab and export those who have not purchased.
