Can I Block A Person?

Hi everyone. I have a sticky situation with a client. She wants to block her mother in law from seeing and ordering photos of her daughter from a ballet performance (client is divorcing her abusive husband). The gallery is password protected, but she is getting the password somehow.

I see that I can deactivate and erase her account, but does that block that email account from creating a new account?

If you deactivate the account they can not create a new account with the same email address. If you delete it they can.

There is no full proof way to block them.
