Some galleries I create, when the client is in thumbnail view, under the photo is an eyeball that you can click on so the client can hide the photo. The problem I'm having is that some of my galleries don't have that. Where do I choose if the gallery I create will have this option or not?

I believe you are referring to when you assign a gallery owner

Yes, this is what I'm talking about. I'm still at a loss though why some galleries I create don't have that icon under the photo in the thumbnail view. Yesterday I created a gallery and the option didn't appear but then I added an early bird discount and then the option was there. Today, I've tried to repeat that result but the new gallery I created had the option there in thumbnail view when logged in as the client. Any ideas?

Only the gallery owner account when logged in has the hide option. Maybe you are not logged in as the gallery owner on the ones you are not seeing?

Also the download button is missing...I thought I'd set these galleries up identically.

Please go to the account of Greg Miller and look at test gallery 5 (no download or hide button) and test gallery 6 (has download and hide button). The other gallery you have the screen shot of here is in a different client folder...thought this would be easier.
Thanks!
Greg

Thank you! So much to learn...so much to easily miss in the beginning.
