Buy All From Favorite

I have a concern on this function.
I have a product called "Jpeg HR ", this product is in a Buy all product group let's say ABC,which is set to "Tier Price"
Besides it is in the Download product group as a single file in the same price list, and also in other price lists.
Now a customer added 39 favorite Jpeg HR from the gallery X where is set just as download as single file and no "Buy all" is set. Then the customer added the "Buy all" from the gallery Y with a different price list with the product group ABC.
In the end now the customer has a shopping cart with the files of the "Buy all" plus the favorites ones at just as the price of the "Buy all" of gallery Y without adding the price of sigle files "favorite" from the gallery Y.
Any hint ?

They are adding favorites to a buy all and you don't want them to?

Yes but what happened seems strange.
I have two galleries "Stage" and "Competition" with two different price lists.
Gallery "Stage" only single file purchasing option and no "Buy All" in the price list.The Download product is JPEG HR
Gallery Competition>Subgalleries soloists : Buy all product group (JPEG HR set to tier)+ Download product group (JPEG HR as the one above)+Print product group,different price list
Now they put in the cart a sub gallery of Gallery"Competition" with the "Buy All" (and that's fine to me),but then they had 39 favorites from the gallery"Stage" and they added to the cart all these favorites but the price was as the one of the BUY ALL from Gallery competition so practically the 39 favorites that they should pay 5€ each were for free ....
I talked to them in time to stop the order fortunately.
So now I created another Product for single file download with a different name than JPEG HR but I don't know if this will sort out the problem.
In the end to me it's fine that they buy all the favorites from a gallery but as single file plus the buy all from a different gallery.

Did it show the favorites in the cart as part of a buy all or were they listed separately with $0 next to each one?

They were part of the buy all.

I don't believe there should be a buy all option in that scenario. I will look into it.

Out of 39 favorites, 5 are from the competition subgallery and 34 from the stage gallery.
Honestly this is the first time that this happens to me...it seems that when she did the buy all from favorites it took the Buy all option from the competition sub gallery,because this option is not available in the stage gallery.
I don't know if I did something wrong creating the product : JPEG HR can be purchased from stage gallery as a single file as well as buy all in the competition sub gallery and as single file in this gallery itself

Another thing that happened is that I have all the sub galleries of the gallery stage set to a certain price list.
A customer added three files to the cart from different sub,galleries and one gallery add to the cart a product that is not even in that price list, but only in the main category price list.
Nothing to do with the buy all but something wrong is happening with this gallery.
