Download All Button Missing From "favorites"

I have wedding vendors (and clients) that like to select their "Favorites" and download all for sharing on social media or website. The "Download All" button/link is no longer showing up. Tried in multiple browsers and PHP ZIP functions is enabled. The individual free download for each photo works fine.

This will happen if the photos in their favorites are from different price lists. When they are from different price lists it won't offer a download all because the photos from another price list may not have a free download option.
