Notify Emails Not Working

Is anyone having issues with the notify email link not working? I go to manage photos and click the link and just get the loading bar but the email form never loads.

If it is not loading the window then the issue will most likely be with the server or mod security is being triggered and causing it not to load. Try again and if it still doesn't work contact your host to check for errors.

Thank you for your response. It turns out that it was not working for only one clients order. Not sure what it was about that order but all the other orders i fulfilled after that one the email is working but even going back to that one doesn’t work. I just had to manually send that one.
