Auto-show Packages & Pricing

Hi Tim,
For most of my schools, I just sell one photo of each student. And, it's tripped up some of my older clients when they first enter the password and see the gallery with the thumbnail of their student's photo. At that point, stylist is waiting for them to click on that one photo and will then show it big with the packages off to the right.
I'm wondering if there's a setting where I can get sytist to auto-advance to the big preview with packages on the right if there's only one photo...? That way, they aren't calling me asking how to order? (I know it's goofy... But I've fielded more than a few calls over this believe it or not)
Also along that note: I thought it might be helpful to put some text under the gallery title above that one photo which could talk them through what to do next. But, I can't figure out where to do that. If I put text in the gallery text section, it doesn't seem to display if I navigate to a photo IN that gallery using the photo's passcode. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.

Not sure how I missed some forum posts. Sorry for the delay.
I actually used to have it when there was only 1 photo it would automatically open the one photo like that. That has since been removed. I don't remember if it was technical changes or complaints (probably the latter) . I will make a note to look into it and see if there is something I can do. Currently there isn't anything you could change to do that.

I think I am in the same boat.
I am creating a pre-show item that is discounted versus the at show pricing and having the customer go through 2 steps more to get the pricing to show may cause issues.
I just want them to click on the "image" or link or something, then the next window and have the pricing with the add to cart.

It sounds like you might want to use the Pre-Order option instead:
