Disable Payment Option Failing Once In Awhile

Hi Tim,
I had my Visa Test turned on so I could test the checkout process. I left it on, but I disabled that payment option in every gallery.
Somehow, six customers have been able to purchase their photos and instant downloads using the Visa Test payment option.
Is there a glitch somewhere?
I have since disabled the test payment option completely until we can figure out why this happened.
