Two Drop Down Menus, One Not Working On Mobile

Greetings everyone,
I'm having an odd issue with two menu items, both are selected to make the main link not clickable which works fine with both links on a desktop computer.
However, when on mobile, the first menu item works fine. I can click on it, it opens the drop down and all is well. When I click on the second menu item it goes forward to the page and doesn't drop down even though I have it selected as not-clickable.
I've attached a screen shot of the menu item misbehaving (About) and the issue can be seen by going to http://www.JohnMilleker.com on mobile. (Tested on Android)
Also happens when browsing on desktop and resizing the window to initiate the mobile menu drop down.

I can confirm it is not working as expected. But to get it to change the Link to page to "external link" and enter in the URL as /, This will work.
But if you go back and edit it again, you will need to select external link again because it is default to something else for some reason when editing that.

Confirmed workaround has fixed the issue, thanks Tim!
