Orders Coming Through With No Photos Selected

Yesterday I received four orders that did not have any photos selected, at least not showing on the order. They went through PayPal and I have a trans # listed in the order along with a paypal status of completed.
Any idea what is going on?
Edit: I forgot to mention that many other orders came in without any problems.

Was this an ECHECK payment through PayPal? That could be the problem. It's not really set up to take echecks.

I am not sure. I don't know how to check. I poked around PayPal a bit but I can't see where it tells me how the payment was made.
