Changing Gallery Display Settings

Hi
I have an off-line version of Sytist and I recently created a few sections there for selling images. However, when I set up the sections, I forgot to set up the default gallery pages as I want them.
When I change the photo defaults in the section, the already created galleries do not seem to change.
Will I have to change the display options for each gallery that is already created or can I do a site change that will be applied to all pre-existing galleries.

When editing the photo defaults, click the "Batch update all existing pages in this category with these settings" link.
