Invoice Viewing

So I created a booking event and set it up so it was a manual confirmation and I had to send out invoices from the booking confirm page. I sent out invoices and I have had some people pay with no issues and others that are saying that they can't view the invoice. I can't seem to create it from my end and I'm not sure where to go to figure out what the issue is.
Are there any known issues like this that I'm not seeing in the forum> And do you have any advise as to what else I can do to trouble shoot?

No known issue like that. How exactly are they unable to view the invoice? Like see it at all or not seeing the pay now button?

That URL has %20 in it and pretty sure that is causing it not to show. Are the links actually going out like that? You can look in the email logs in Stats -> Email Log.

When I hover over the link in the email link in the Stats Email Logs it does not have the %20 in it.

The %20 represents a space. Are you accessing the Sytist admin using that sub domain (bakersfieldallstars.all-starspor ... whatever it is) or the domain name you are using?
It could be the people that are getting that error are using the same email program and adding a space to the URL for some unknown reason.

Hello! I have this issue as well.
Quite a few people who do not have accounts and even one who did had issues viewing their invoice. It would come up as "invoice not found" multiple times where as another person would be able to do it just fine.

Is this an invoice you created in the admin and then used the email invoice option? What is one of the invoice numbers the customer said they got an invoice not found?

Yes. Invoice #10036. I just forwarded you the email conversation with a client this is currently happening to. I have been able to successfully send emails to clients that have registered accounts but people who do not want an account have not been able to pay unless I create an account so far. Thank you!

Replied to your email on this. You removed the link from the default email to view and pay the order.
