How To Reduce Space From Title To Content On Page

I am having a block and unable to locate how to reduce the space from the title to the main text content as shown - and Marked as 'A' on the image. How is that adjusted? TIA

If you edit your contact page, click the Photos tab for it, then Photo Display Settings and set it to slideshow it will remove that space. The space is coming from the thumbnails setting.
