I understood if a page was marked as a Draft page it would NOT be crawled by the search engines. However, since the most recent Sytist updates search engines are crawling the Draft pages!
Is there a way to prevent draft pages accessible to search engines?

If a page is set to draft, it will NOT be listed on the website with other pages and will NOT be added to the sitemap. This does NOT stop search engines from crawling the pages you visit.
Sytist is not telling the search engines to crawl those pages.
If you absolutely do no want them to be crawled, set the page status to CLOSED or create a robots.txt and set the page to disallow crawling.
