Question About Project Proofing

Hi everyone,
I photograph ballets and am trying to figure out the best way to set up a page where all the dancers can approve/reject photos.
I started to set up a project proofing page and tested it with 2 of my emails/accounts. It looks like the person who approves the photo last, gets the last word because when I look at it from the admin site, I only see the final input. So, if multiple people are deciding on a photo, it's the person who changes the status last has the final decision. Is this correct, or is there a way to see who approves and who disapproves?
Also, is there a way to download all approved photos? I'm wondering if it would be a faster process to upload the high res files to begin with and just download the approved files so I don't have to pull the individual approved photos which can take forever.

Project proofing is not designed for multiple people to review. It is designed for one person/ account to approve, reject or request revisions.
There is not an option to download all approved photos.
