Export People Who Have Not Ordered

Hi Tim,
Would it be possible to add a box to export ONLY the people who have NOT ordered.
I'm using a 3rd party SMS provider to send reminders to parents who have not ordered. To do this I have to export the full list of all people and the ordered only list and then compare and delete the ones who have already ordered which is time consuming.
