In your opinion, without using the Contract System, what would be the best way for a customer, booking a shoot, to accept or decline the terms of an Image Release Statement?
I haven't used forms yet. Can I add a form at some location during the checkout process?

Create it as an option for the booking service. Maybe have a dropdown option and in the description link to the page which has the terms.
