Im not sure what i have done wrong but this email automatically sent to the customer has a link to the wrong page?It should link to their order.

I think what you have done is viewed an order (10003) which set a session variable of the order you last viewed. Then when you click on the link from the email it is showing the last order you viewed because that order does not belong to your account. The customer would see their order if they are logged into their account.
