Favorites - Order When Page Is Refreshed

We are having a strange thing happen when a clients favorites page is refreshed. When we work with clients on album consultations, we will remove images from their favorites in the process. When the favorites page is refreshed, we want the images that remain to be in numerical order. The problem is that the order after a page refresh does not put them numerically. And, every time you refresh the page it puts them in a different order. Is there a way to make sure after images are removed and the page is refreshed, that the images are in numerical order?

Thanks!

Is this on the front end? The favorites are shown on order file file name, ascending. I can't see anywhere where it would be random.

Hi Tim - this is when I sit down with my client to go through their favorite choices for their albums, logged in as them. Many times we will "narrow down" their favorites and be removing photos and refreshing several times. Lately, when we refresh after a few times, the order does not pop back in ascending and it is all mixed up. This makes it difficult for us to compare photos and see what we have decided to leave in. I hope this makes sense, if not please feel free to call me at 847-849-5546. Thanks...Heather

They are most likely in order but may not seem like it because of the stacked/Masonry thumbnail layout the favorites use. Sometimes they can appear to be out of order but technically they are. If you resize the screen so they are just 1 per row, they would be in order.
