Hello,
Are customers permitted to download all images from their cart after purchase as a zip file? Also, can I export all images in customers cart or favorites section as a zip file?
I have a customer with 15 images and they report that they must download each image individually when they log into their account and look at the purchase.

As long as the zip functions are enabled in the PHP configuration on your hosting, your customers can download photos on their orders in zip files. You can go to Settings -> Photo Settings and down the right side there is a section "Are the ZIP functions enabled in the PHP installation?" which will tell you if the zip functions are enabled or not. If they are not, you can contact your hosting company to enable the ZIP functions.
You can export photo file names from customer favorites by viewing their account in the admin and select the favorites option.
You can export photos on orders to zip files by clicking the Manage Photos tab when viewing the order in the admin.

A client of mine today can't downlaod zip files. I have no explanation for her - she just can't. Is there a way to have a download all without zipping? This is ridiculous but I can't change her computer for her.

There is not an way to download all photos without them being in a zip file. Maybe you can download it for her and email it to her.
