Export People -passcode

Is there any way at all to export a spreadsheet of email addresses etc that INCLUDES the photo passcode they used to log in. This would be incredibly helpful.

Could we also have a check box for people who have NOT purchased.

Due to the number of reminder emails disappearing/going to spam I am also sending text message reminders but to do this I have to match up the contact details with the passcodes which is very tedious. I also need to manually go through and mark any orders on my spreadsheet so I don't keep sending reminders to people who have already ordered.

Being able to export this would be super helpful and save a lot of time.

* following * As a work around can you export the orders to a .csv and use excel rules (comparing to the master data base) to determine who has and hasn't ordered?
I use this system to categorise the emails (from orders) by gallery and add to my mailchimp categories. (I don't use the pre-register feature)

There is no export option for that. There is nothing in the system that ties the email address with a password (though I have thought about doing that on the import if there is an email address with the password).

Thanks Tim,
It would be really awesome if this was possible. Something that tied the passcode to the register/login details would be fantastic! We have all this valuable data (contact details) about our clients and we can't use it to it's full potential because it's not linked to the passcode.
This info could be useful for tracking which galleries have been viewed as well as reducing the need to print paper password flyers - they could all be emailed/SMS instead and potentially emails with log in details included.

OK!! I have a bit of a clumsy work around for this but will do for now.

On the create account form I have changed the COMPANY text say GALLERY PASSCODE.

Now, when parents create their account they will type their passcode in the company box and then I can expert people and include the COMPANY which will instead give me the passcode they entered!

I guess this will only work if they don't already have an account though... Tim, is there anything I can tweak to make this work if they have an existing account eg from last year??

Hi Sarah

Did you ever find a better solution for this? Or, how has it been working for you? Thanks!

Tim - is it a feature request that will be considered still?

It would be great if the passcode was tied to the email address (or several email addresses - eg Mum and Dad) and promotion emails could be customized to insert the passcode as part of the direct link; taking the customer directly to their image/s without the need to re-enter a passcode. We all know the less clicks required to get to the cart, the more likely the sale (ie only needing to enter a passcode/shoot key the one time would be great)
