Question ...

So I currently create databases using Google Forms whereby people "register" for free, then I capture the event and email them edited personalised galleries which they may then choose from, or not choose a thing, thus paying nothing and leaving me poor and bereft.

So I want to move to a pre-pay system via Sytist. What im hoping is that they register through a form I make on Sytist, answer the usual questions ( who is your child, do you require a sibling shot etc ) and THEN they are forced to create an account in that same transaction and pay me a deposit upfront, ALL ROLLED INTO ONE. Ie: I don't want to have them register via a form and then "forget" the create account/pay me money bit... and then I have to chase them up or simply hope for the best ..

If there something set up for what im asking already?

TIA.

You could possibly create a store section and a product in that section for that
https://www.picturespro.com/sytist-manual/articles/creating-store-items/

Basically create a service product for the amount you want them to pay. Create options for that product to collection that information you require.

Then they would check out and create an account during checkout.

thanks - i'll check that out. Really enjoying the switch to Sytist - a few quirks here and there, mainly to do with brain-change/adaption/ rethinking the old on my behalf, but you've created something so adaptable to so many platforms/styles/people, there's nothing else like it on the market to my knowledge. Cheers.

Also, customer service is amazing, really.
