i've got a package that includes "all downloads".
( so it includes all downloads, and then some print choices )

But customers keep telling me they are only getting the one image?

What am I doing wrong?

thanks

Sounds like the "all downloads" is just a standard product and not a buy all. You would have to create a collection that includes other collections (create new collection and select that option) and one of those being a buy all.

Sorry, I couldnt remember the name for it after I renamed it - yes, it's a BUY-ALL that I have included in a packges - so a BUY-ALL with extras.

So just to clarify, I did make a collection that includes other collections and one was a Buy-All within. But the download part of it doesnt seem to work for some reason?

I just tripled checked and the buy all in a collection does work. You will need to email me the link to your Sytist admin with the username and password and the name of the collection you are referring to.

Hi Tim - I will do this now - sorry, I meant to look into it further.

So it's definitely a BUY-ALL - when I did a mock purchase just now of the BUY-ALL stand-alone, I got all 67 downloads.
If I take the next deal up, which incorporates the BUY-ALL above *and* some other items, in a package, it doesn't work for me.

Interestingly, I tried to create a new BUY-ALL to see if that would solve the problem and I cant add that buy-all to my package with prints at all, so i'm obviously stuffing up something somewhere...

Email me a link to a gallery with the password if needed and the product you are referring to so I can see.
