I wonder, if there is a easy way to offer our customer a "Take all wedding Photos" Option. Of Course, we can Setup a "Buy all", but this won't work over multiple galleries (we have due to different pricing).

We do not Need to visibly put all photos in the cart, just Need to offer the Customer to purchase a "other" Product called "Take all of your wedding photos for 1.899 EUR". If we add this "other" Product in the Price-list, this product is shown for sale when putting a photo into the cart. That's fine, but...

Is there a way to put this "Take all of your wedding Photos…"-Product whithout a reference to a picture and it's Thumbnail?

Is there a way to add a button above the Gallery to put this Product in to the cart, Independent of a galleries picture?

There is really not a way to do that. But 2 options I can think of is:

1) Create a graphic that says something like all photos. Create a price list that only contains 1 product priced at the price you want that to be. Upload that graphic to the gallery then change the price list for that photo to the one you created.

2) Create a store section and create a product for this. Then make a link to that product in the gallery description/text of the gallery.

Tim,

thank you for this Options. The first one seems to be better. But I think, the best way would be the following: Creating an individual offer for the Customer. Although we have two all-inclusive-packages only, the Price, the Customer has to pay is individual, as we refund the hourly rate, the Customer has paid already. Thus, creating an "Invoice" explaining what to pay and what already Paid is the best way.

Is there a way to Change "Invoice" into "Offer", but not generally? It would be excellent, if we create a new order Status "Offer". Only "orders" with that state are shown as "Offer" rather than "Invoice". The cherry on the cake would be to have Status bar "We have a great deal for you..." shown all the time on the top, when a Customer is logged in and there is a "Order" with the Status "Offer".

This is an important feature for us worth to donate.

Regards

There is no option to change "Invoice" to "Offer" on a per invoice/order basis. Maybe you could use a contract instead for offers which you can also assign an invoice too.

Tim, thank you. We will use invoices for offers too, as this is the best way and the Customer just have to checkout/pay to accept. In Design / Page-Text we set _invoice_ to "process" so offers aren't called invoices and we are able to handle offers this way. But we would like to adjust something to make it more suitable. Please could you tell me:

- If there is a way to change the order of columns in "My Account" (/index.php?view=account) by manually adjust some php-file?
We would like to have the following columns: order Status (as first column), Date, Order Number, Amount (is there a php-file we can adjust)

- If there is a way to Show the Order Status not only in "My Account" but also when viewing the order (/index.php?view=order&myorder=###) by manually adjust some php-file?
We would like to rename the Order Status Name into "Invoice - Unpaid", "Invoice - Shipped", "Offer", so the displayed order status Shows if it is an Orders or an Offer.

- If there is a way to Show the Customer only Offers (meaning "Orders" with Status ID=9 which are "Offers")?
Within the admin-area we can show orders based on a specific status. The URL is: /sy-admin/index.php?do=orders&order_open_status=9
It would be great, if there is a similar way, for the Customers View, so we can show a Message "We have a great deal for you" and do not have to manually set a link to a Order Number
/index.php?view=order&myorder=### but better Always link this message to e. g ./index.php?view=order&order_open_status=9

Best regards,

Lucas

These are the file names

sy-inc -> store -> store_my_account.php

sy-inc -> store -> store_order.php

maybe in the store_my_account file, database field name order_open_status

Hello Tim,

we are Using Invoices for "Take-all Offers" with Customer individual discount. As described above, we therefore uses a Special Order Status like "Offer Take all". Everything is fine. The Customers see the offer (incoive) and just have to click on Pay by PayPal.

The only Problem is, if a Customer decides to pay by Wire Transfer, we do not see, that he is accepting this offer. We have enabled the Payment Option "Pay Offline". No Problem on normal Orders (Checkout Cart) as we see the order and await the payment. Not so here. If the customers choose "Pay offline" there is no button for Proceeding and therefore no Feedback by email.

What we would like to to is the following:

Enabling the Payment Option "Collect & Manually Process" so the Customer can "Checkout / Accept" this Offer (Invoice). Is there a way to hide the Crédit-Card-Fields and make them non-mandatory?
