I really don't know. Mine works fine. Your page link doesn't work on mine either though. Searching I came up with this on another website:

The Facebook page feed you are trying to display has restrictions on it
The feed you’re trying to display has to be a publicly accessible page. If your page has any restrictions on it (age or location) then it means that users are forced to sign into Facebook in order to view your page. This isn’t desirable for most pages as it means that it isn’t accessible by people who don’t have a Facebook account and that your page can’t be crawled and indexed by search engines.

An easy way to determine whether your page is set to public is to make sure you’re signed out of your Facebook account and then try to visit your page. If Facebook forces you to sign in to view your page then it has a restriction on it.

Solution:

You can remove any restrictions by logging into your Facebook account and going to the Settings for your page. You can then remove any Country Restrictions and Age restrictions (see screenshot). Once removed this will allow the Custom Facebook Feed plugin to access and display your posts.

Hi, I am experiencing the same issue.
I made the suggested change to make the site public to all but no change.
I think it may be browser specific. I get the blank gap, as per above screenshot, in Firefox (71.0) , but I get my FB page displayed in Safari (Version 13.0.3 (14608.3.10.10.1)) and Chrome (Version 78.0.3904.108).
I do not see the FB blue bar at all in safari on the iphone.

I checked in Chrome, Edge and Firefox and they all acted the same. I see the header part but no posts. In Settings -> Share & Facebook, be sure Show wall posts is checked.

On mobile, there is just no where to put it with it not taking too much space.

Just to let you know - I jumped over to my MacBook and everything works fine in each browser. So something was up with my iMacs browser. Perhaps a security setting disabling it.
