Just to confirm,
I am only getting about half of the website contacts sent to my email but I can see them on the email log in Sytist, it is a hosting issue? Is there anything I can do or tell hosting support we need to do on the hosting end to ensure I am getting them all? I talked to them for 2 hours and didn't get anywhere. Hosting through go daddy. Thank god for sytist having the email log!!!

If you are getting some emails, then Sytist is sending them properly. They may be going into your spam folder. If so, you may be able to create rules in your email program to make sure they don't go to spam.

They don't show up in my spam folder, they never hit anywhere in my email. Also my test email never goes through. Set up on PHP Function(). I'm not sure how switching to stmp would be since I don't host my email on the cpanel server, it's hosted with Office 365. I've read in another post that I could add a SPF that might help? I'm going to hop on the phone again with godady to see if I can get someone that might know what's going on on the server side.

It sounds like maybe since you are hosting your emails somewhere else, the server is trying to send the emails locally and not leaving the server. Your host may have to adjust the MX records.
You may want to try the SMTP PHPMailer option in Settings -> Mail Sending Settings.
