Hi Tim,
I would like to have a different default email template sent out depending on what product was sold.
For example, I am selling a service which I would like to have a different order email sent out vs selling a photo product.
I can change the default order email template but that applies to all items sold, and I can create a new email template but I can't find the setting to apply that template to a specific product.
Is this possible?

There is not an option to have a different order email sent based on what is purchased. If this is a store item in a store section (not photo products), there is an option "add message to order" which will show that message on the order under the product.
