Deleting Purchased Photos

When deleting old galleries I DO have checked not to delete purchased prints or downloads but it seems the system is deleting those files. Clients cannot download a purchased file and the image does not appear when I view an old invoice.

I just did several tests purchasing photos then deleting the galleries or deleting individual photos that were purchased and they don't get deleted if those options are selected. Working as expected.
How are you deleting the photos that are getting deleted from the orders?

I see why it is happening. It happens to orders that are archived. You can send me an email if you want a file to upload that will fix that for future deleting galleries.

How do I set this up?
I created a test gallery, which I then test-ordered from, but when I go to delete the gallery, it gives me only two choices - I ant see where the "leave purchased pics alone" can be found?

Settings -> Photo Settings under "Deleting Purchased Photos".
