Graphics Options In Packages Not Working Since Update

Hi Tim, I've been using graphics options for framing larger prints, but now the options don't drop-down any more when they are in a package. The graphic options still work if it is a standalone product but not when they are contained in a 'collection'.

Is it something I'm doing or is there an issue with putting products with graphic options into collections?

Hello Tim,

I believe I'm having a similar problem since the recent update. I have a "Graphics / Photo" Collections Option in place for most of my Sports Packages, so clients can choose an option to upgrade their order for an additional $10 or stick with the standard package for no additional fee. Before the update, it was working fine and this additional fee was being added to the shopping cart when selected by my clients, but now it is not. I should note that I also have a "Dropdown Menu" Collections Option in place on some other packages that I offer and the $10 additional fee is being added to the shopping cart as it should when selected by my clients. I haven't changed anything on my end and would appreciate any help with this since I am losing a bit of $$ now.

It was caused by the recent update. I've uploaded a file to your site that will fix it.
