Theme Not Working On All Pages

I have edit my theme.
And it only seems to be working on some pages, not on all.
Am I missing a setting within category.
The 2nd photo is correct.

In the photo display settings for the galleries (view the gallery in the admin, click the Photos tab for the gallery, then Photo Display Settings), there is an option to use the thumbnail file or small photo file. The first one is set to thumbnail and the second one is set to small photo it appears.
