I'm not sure if you offer phone support or not but it may be easier to explain over the phone.
I got a new domain, was able to get everything transferred over, duplicated the databases, relinked, etc. I will eventually redirect the first domain to the second domain.
I made some changes to the first domain, header logo changes, menu changes, deleted a couple of galleries, etc. But for some reason, the second domain is pulling all the previous changes, and I'm missing two newer orders. I copied all the newer files via a FTP client and used My PHP to export/import the databases.
I'm not quite sure what the issue is, tried deleting all the files, and recopied. Deleted the whole database, exported old, imported to new.
I'm stumped.

Both sites look identical to me. Are both domains on the same hosting account? If so, you can just move all the files / folders from the old domain folder into the new one which you can do via FTP. You won't have to make any database changes either if they are on the same hosting account.

I just ended up redirecting the first site to the second and re-made the changes as the sites live and I didn't want people missing content, etc.
