Is there ANY way to attach a form to an account? I gather information about my clients' preferences for their sessions in forms and it would be great to be able to look back on it through their accounts.

When you view their account in the admin, click the Email Icon tab and you will see any emails sent to & from them (their email address) which would include form submissions.
