Cart Error: Digital Images Included In Order But Not Paid For

I received an order that says it includes 58 downloads. My downloads are priced at $29 and $59 each. The customer was charged $29. There is no "free downloads" option or high-value coupon. What is going on?

I had the same problem, but it was my mistake, try to check that each gallery (and sub galleries , if any) has the right price list

I've checked. The gallery has the same price list I've used for 3 years. There's nothing wrong with the price list.
