Hi Tim,
I'm trying to download a yearly and monthly sales reports for my year end but it's not working. I input the dates from and to, it shows how many orders are within these dates but when I try to export the report as a csv file to Excel it downloads it but the csv file only has the report title and no order data or column headers contained within the file. All the relevant data fields are ticked prior to trying to export. I've tried using two different computers and two different web browsers as well; Firefox and Chrome. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong myself?

Are you going to the Reports section in the main menu and exporting from there? I just did a few tests to make sure but working fine for me.

Yes I am and when it didn't work from the Reports section I tried via the screen that has all the relevant orders selected but that export did exactly the same thing as going via the main Reports section. I've tried via a Mac and a Pc too, I'm using 2008 version of Microsoft Excel could that be the problem?

Try opening the CSV file in a text editor like notepad and see if there is more data in there. If there is, then maybe something in your excel not reading the format.
