I'm having a very difficult time with shipping charges. I started with free shipping for an organization for 5 days. If they ordered their products within 5 days I would deliver to the league. I tried to set the automatic shipping to start after a certain date, This did not work.
When that day came shipping was not charged. I set each gallery manually to charge shipping and it is not charging shipping.
Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong.

Maybe the products being ordered are downloads or not marked as shippable. Edit one of the products that would be ordered and see if the shippable option is selected.

I do have the products marked as shippable and in the shopping cart it's still not adding the shipping.

You may need to email me the link to your Sytist admin with the username and password and the name of a gallery that is not charging shipping so I can look over the settings. Maybe the shipping ranges aren't set right.
