I have it set up on my site where if the customer gets 10 images included in their package. They get to choose which 10 images they want. And after that they have the option to purchase more. I have it set up where the client chooses their 10 images. Once they choose that which is $0, how do I disable that option so they can't choose it again?
I thought I had it set up correctly and someone just kept choosing that option and took all of the other photos at no charge UGH!!

If these are 10 images for download, I would suggest either using the download credits:
https://www.picturespro.com/sytist-manual/photo-products/download-credits/

Or you can use a print credit:
https://www.picturespro.com/sytist-manual/photo-products/print-credits/

With either, you will give them a code to redeem and they can select their 10 photos, but they won't be able to get more than 10.

hi Tim,

Thank you. I am trying to enter download credits but it doesn't seem to be saving the option. Is it because I am putting in a $0. These images are included in their session.

For your download product in Photo Products -> Product Base, you want to have a price for the download too so they can purchase downloads after they use their download credits. If you price the download at $0, they will be able to add to cart for free. So price your download product and assign a credit value of 1.

Then in Photo Products -> Download Credits, click the Redeem Codes tab then Create New Redeem Code. Assign a code the customer will type in to redeem and the number of credits (the number of photos you want them to download).

You will need to instruct your customer to log into their account (or create one if one does not already exist), go to the My Account page and select the redeem download credits option.

Also in the Pricing & Settings area of Photo Products -> Download Credits, you should probably check the option "Do not offer the option to purchase download credits".

When they have redeemed their download credits, they will be able to download as they view their photos. Once they have used up their download credits they can purchase other products.

Thanks Tim. Any way to do this without redeem code or print credits? Some of my clients aren't even bright enough to figure out how to add the 10 images to their cart to start with LOL

That is really the only way to do it.
