School Galleries - Need Gallery Photos To Appear At The Top Of The Page

Hi,
I will remove this post if a solution already exists for this feature...
I am a school photographer and passcode protect each student's gallery. When the parent enters the passcode, they often tell me it's not working because they don't see the instruction to scroll to the bottom of the page to see the gallery images. Can it be set so that gallery photos appear at the top of the page instead?

What do you have on the page that would make the photos not appear on the screen without scrolling?
