Hello :) My pricing for clients includes both their session fee and a print credit to use when I've uploaded their gallery. I have come across a situation with repeat clients that have placed their order and used their print credit in the past but when they have a new session and I provide them with their print credit for the most recent session, it isn't showing and it appears to be deducting it from their last order in which they already used their credit. I am not sure if I am making sense. So in order for their print credit to show, I have had to delete their orders from years past. Is it because I am not closing out their old order because this last time I put an expiration date into their order and then the new print credit showed up on their account.

Print credit or account credit? I suspect account credit and if so, there is an issue when there are credits ... available and used ... that are expired. What you can do is when adding a credit their account, if there are any expired credits, edit them and remove the expiration date.
