Hello,
I normally send the ordered files via wetransfer so I never looked ad the direct download.
I did it yesterday for an event, and with the first order,I got the customer complaining that the photos downloaded in the zip file are just 7kb,while the photos I Uploaded where more than 5MB average.
I set to 0 the max pixel. box, and the product is correctly marked as downloadable.
So I don't know where to look to sort out this troubles I have no previous experience with this kind of sales.

Download the photos and zip file from the order and then send me the zip file. You can click the world icon when viewing the order in the admin to view it on the website as a customer.

I downloaded them, and they are of the right size,so it has to be customer misunderstanding of kb and mb.....
