When I log into the affiliate program should there be a link code of some sort under where it says
"Your Linking Code"
Mine is blank but there are two text links lower down the page and a banner ad showing.

If you have any ad blocking in your browser that may cause that. Disable ad blocking and see if you can see it. If not, shoot me an email and I will get it for you.
