I have an event organizer that I want to give unlimited access to download from a specific gallery. I know I saw somewhere that I could set this, but cannot remember where. I recall it asked for the account I wanted to give access to, and had her create one. Now I can't find where I saw the option.

Tim's in a tough spot, so i'll give this a shot.
i hope this helps.
Create an account for them if they don't have one.
First in the client's gallery settings on the right below status, password, price list you can assign gallery owner. this allows them to hide photos they don't want anyone to see.
make a price list for free downloads or free gallery download. in your people menu under their name address etc. you can assign them the free prices by clicking custom price list.
a problem with custom price list is it applies to all of that customers galleries.
Another option would be to build a second private gallery for just the coordinator that has the free download price list.

The best to do it is "Assign a Customer or Customers To Download For Free On A Per Gallery Basis"
https://www.picturespro.com/sytist-manual/articles/how-to-offer-free-downloads/
After you have created them an account (if they don't have one already):
- View the gallery in the admin and click the Photos tab for the gallery.
- Click the Free Downloads button.
Thanks for the help Shawn
