Shipping Appearing On Check Out Screen

We have some of our galleries shipping set up as a flat rate to home or "free" delivery to school. We field many calls from people questioning the shipping charge that appears on the first check out screen
Subtotal $96.00
Shipping $6.00

After they complete their information they go to the next screen where it asks them
- Free Shipping to School
- Flat Rate Shipping to Home $6

Is there a way to remove the shipping on that first check out page and just have the subtotal?

Go to Settings -> Shipping. Each of the shipping options (Free Shipping to School / Flat Rate Shipping to Home) have a display order. Edit those so the free shipping has a lower value that the other.

Free Shipping to School: display order 1
Flat Rate Shipping to Home: display order 2
