Facebook Login

Just recently my clients have been contacting me that they are having issues adding favorites and log in. When I have "Use Facebook login" enabled it results in the screen shot I attached. If the user clicks on my favorites or my account the spinning icon appears and nothing happens. If I uncheck "Use Facebook login", the login credentials screen appears as normal. I thought perhaps it had something to do with the facebook app, so I went ahead and created a new one, but nothing changed. I'm not sure if this started with the last update? Has anyone else had this issue?

Thanks

For some reason you are getting a 500 internal server error on some pages and what is causing that. Most likely there is some issue with the server.

500 errors are not logged like other errors where you can see those, so you would need to contact your hosting company and have them look into the 500 server errors.

Thanks so much Tim for looking into this. I'll have a look at the server settings.

I upgrade the server however php curl was disabled for some reason.

Is sytist compatible with PHP 7.2 and PHP-FPM? When I enable this and enter my credentials to login, it returns back to the login screen and likewise for private galleries.

Yes Sytist is compatible with that, but with it just returning back to the login screen that means it is unable to set the PHP session. Could be a permission issue.

Try changing the PHP version to 7.0 or 7.1 and see if that fixes it.
